For over 30 years, AEW has been an active buyer and seller of all types of commercial properties, throughout North America and select international markets. AEW offers real estate owners and operators access to a variety of capital sources. Our capital is flexible, reliable and creative, and we are able to structure transactions to meet opportunistic real estate assets.

Access to Core and Value-Added Capital

AEW’s Direct Investment Group sources new investments throughout the U.S. for a variety of separate accounts and commingled funds. We will consider opportunities to acquire individual assets or property portfolios, and to invest in joint ventures with proven real estate operators. Access to Opportunistic Capital

On behalf of the AEW Partners Funds, AEW sources high-return investments throughout North America and select international markets. Investments can be structured as direct ownership, joint ventures, mezzanine debt or real estate-related securities.
