AEW Asia offers real estate owners and operators capital that is flexible, reliable and creative, and we are able to structure transactions to meet the specific circumstances of a given opportunity.
For the AEW Value Investors Asia series of funds, we seek opportunities focused on mid-sized, value-added transactions in the major metropolitan areas of the Fund’s target markets. The preferred investment size is US$50-80 million. We are seeking property transactions as opposed to financial engineering exercises, with liquid and re-lettable assets. The typical investment holding period is 3-5 years.
