Jeff Furber is the Global Chairman of AEW. Mr. Furber has oversight responsibility for all of AEW’s operating business units in the United States, Europe and Asia. He is also a member of the firm’s Investment Committees in North America, Europe and Asia and a member of the Risk Management Committee. Mr. Furber has 38 years of real estate investment experience, including 22 years in his capacity as CEO of AEW. Mr. Furber is a member of the Board of STAG Industrial, Inc. (NYSE: STAG); the Boston Children's Hospital Trust, and the Ogunquit Playhouse as well as a former member of the Board of The Howard Hughes Corporation (NYSE: HHC). He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Harvard Business School.

Jon Martin is AEW's Chief Executive Officer responsible for the oversight of the firm’s Private Equity & Debt platform, Global Securities platform, Investor Relations team, and Corporate Operations. He chairs the firm’s Senior Leadership Team and is a member of its Investment Committee, Risk Management Committee, and Audit Committee. He is also the executive sponsor and member of AEW’s Environmental, Social, Governance & Resiliency Committee, and the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee. Mr. Martin has nearly 30 years of real estate experience and has been with AEW since 2001. Prior to assuming his role as CEO of AEW Capital Management, Mr. Martin became CEO of North America in 2021. He was also the firm’s Chief Operating Officer for a period of three years and also spent ten years as a Portfolio Manager for AEW’s flagship core, open-end strategy. During his time at AEW, he has also served in various roles in the firm’s Asset Management, Accounting & Finance teams. Prior to joining AEW, Mr. Martin worked for ten years as a Senior Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, in Boston and Minneapolis where he was an auditor and financial consultant specializing in the real estate and mortgage banking industries. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame (B.A.) in Finance and Accounting.

Mr. Acton is a Managing Director of the firm and AEW’s Head of Research with responsibility for directing the activities of AEW Research, the firm’s in-house research group. As one of the founding members of AEW Research in 1990, Acton has over three decades of expertise as an economic analyst and forecaster. The resources offered by AEW Research are an essential component of the firm’s successful investment process. He collaborates closely with senior experts from all sectors of the firm to formulate core through opportunistic equity and debt investment strategies that align clients’ risk and reward objectives with prevailing market prospects. Additionally, he played a vital role in shaping the strategy for AEW's listed securities business, which was launched in 1995. During his career, Acton has also actively contributed to the development of various proprietary research tools, notably playing a key role in the creation of the highly regarded and widely read AEW Relative Value Index. His important contributions to the advancement of research on real estate as an institutional asset class led to his 2023 PREA Graaskamp Research Award, a prestigious recognition to those who contribute to the common body of knowledge and insights gained through their significant research. He holds a permanent position on the Investment, Risk Management and Compliance Committees within the organization. Prior to joining AEW, he was with DRI/McGraw-Hill where he managed the Metropolitan Area Forecasting Service. He is a graduate of Bates College (B.A.), and a CFA charterholder, as well as a member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society Boston.

Mike Byrne is AEW’s Chief Investment Officer and Head of Private Equity and Private Debt in North America. He has been with AEW since 2003. He is responsible for overseeing all of AEW’s commingled funds, separate accounts and direct investments in North America. In this capacity he is responsible for the strategic direction and oversight of the Firm’s portfolio management, acquisitions, capital markets and asset management functions in addition to managerial responsibility of the Private Equity Group resources. Mr. Byrne also serves on AEW’s Investment Committee and Risk Management Committee in North America. Prior to joining AEW, he was a member of the real estate team at the Pension Reserve Investment Management Board (“Mass PRIM”), where he managed the pension fund’s real estate and timber portfolios. Prior to that he worked at Citigroup in the real estate investment banking group. Mr. Byrne is a member of the Urban Land Institute (U.L.I.) and NAREIM, and a graduate of Dartmouth College.

J.T. Straub is a Director of the firm and oversees AEW’s securities team in Boston, London and Singapore. He is also a member of the firm’s Risk Management Committee. Mr. Straub brings over 26 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Principal at CBRE Clarion Securities, where his responsibilities included institutional client coverage, consultant relations and product solutions. He is active within the real estate community and is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA), the Defined Contribution Real Estate Council (DCREC) and the Defined Contribution Institutional Investment Association (DCIIA). Mr. Straub is a graduate of Connecticut College where he earned a B.A. in economics with distinction and government.

Jay Struzziery is a Managing Director at AEW with overall responsibility for the firm’s Investor Relations. His broad experience at the firm includes responsibility for marketing AEW’s investment services and for developing and maintaining client and consultant relationships, as well as strategic partnerships. He is a member of the firm’s Risk Management Committee. Mr. Struzziery joined AEW in 2004 from Morgan Stanley and prior to that he was an analyst at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in the Fixed Income Capital Markets group, working with U.S. corporations. Mr. Struzziery graduated from Villanova University (B.A.) and is a CFA charterholder, as well as a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society Boston.

Seth Berger is the Chief Financial Officer of AEW Capital Management and a Managing Director at the firm, and he oversees the corporate finance department, which encompasses corporate accounting, tax, treasury and payroll functions. Prior to joining AEW in early 2018, Mr. Berger spent over 18 years at MFS Investment Management in various Corporate Finance positions, the latest being Senior Group Controller and Head of Financial Planning; and before that, he was a Senior Auditor with Arthur Andersen LLP. He is a graduate of Boston University’s School of Management (BSBA) with a concentration in Accounting.

As AEW's Chief People Officer, Piper Sheer directs the activities of AEW's Human Resources Group. Ms. Sheer is involved in a number of the Firm's committees and is Co-Chair of the AEW Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee. She has more than 27 years of broad-based human resources experience. Prior to joining AEW in April 2018, Ms. Sheer served as the Managing Director for the Global Human Resources Group at State Street Bank. Prior to that, she spent 15 years in Human Resources at IDG. Ms. Sheer is a graduate of University of Vermont (B.A.).

Ms. Bellerby is a Managing Director at the firm and AEW’s co-General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Risk Officer. Ms. Bellerby manages AEW’s legal, regulatory and compliance matters and also oversees AEW’s Insurance Risk Management group. She serves as an advisor to AEW’s Investment and Risk Management Committees and is a member of AEW’s Compliance, Risk and Internal Audit Committee and AEW’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Steering Committee . Prior to joining AEW in 2005, Ms. Bellerby practiced at the law firm Sullivan & Worcester, LLP, in its Business Law Group. At Sullivan & Worcester, Ms. Bellerby concentrated in the areas of public company corporate governance, including advising public company clients on SEC regulations, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. Ms. Bellerby is a graduate of Clark University (B.A.) and Boston College Law School (J.D.).

Ms. Bissey is a Managing Director of the firm and AEW’s Chief Resilience Officer. Ms. Bissey is responsible for overseeing the evolution of AEW’s Social, Governance and Resilience (ESG) efforts across the firm, driving a cohesive approach to ESG performance and its continued integration into our global investment processes. At AEW, she will implement innovative systems, enhance responsible transparency, and foster the exploration and adoption of best practices, while leading a team of subject matter experts for the firm’s operating partners, investors, property managers, and other vendors. Ms. Bissey brings with her deep expertise in leading and advising companies on sustainability, governance, social impact, and transformational change with a specific focus on ESG. In her most recent position, Ms. Bissey was Director of ESG at Booz Allen Hamilton, where she launched and led an enterprise-wide ESG function and was responsible for establishing a data-driven, integrated approach to corporate sustainability, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. While at Booz Allen, she also served as Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary. Previously, Ms. Bissey was Deputy Chair of the Social Enterprise and Impact Investing Practice Group at the global law firm, Morrison & Foerster LLP, and practiced corporate law at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. Ms. Bissey is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law (J.D.) and Cornell University (B.A.).

Dan Bradley is a Senior Advisor for AEW's core open-end strategy. Prior to assuming responsibility for AEW's core open-end strategy, Mr. Bradley oversaw separate account portfolios totaling approximately $5.5 billion of gross client assets. He has 35 years of real estate investment and portfolio management experience. Mr. Bradley joined AEW in 1999 from his position as Managing Director of Portfolio Management for GE Capital Investment Advisors, where he was responsible for developing and directing the execution of clients’ investment strategies and was a member of the firm’s Senior Management Group and Investment Committee. Previously, Mr. Bradley served as the company’s Managing Director of Asset Management, where his responsibilities included the management of a portfolio of assets totaling approximately $1.5 billion. Mr. Bradley is a graduate of Bethany College (B.A.) and Northeastern University (M.B.A.).

Alec Burleigh is a Portfolio Manager in AEW's Direct Investment Group, with responsibility for three real estate equity separate account portfolios representing in excess of $2 billion in client capital. Mr. Burleigh has lead Portfolio Manager responsibilities for one separate account, and works closely with the Senior Portfolio Managers on his two remaining accounts in developing the annual portfolio business plan including new acquisitions and asset sales. He has 32 years of real estate finance and portfolio management experience encompassing all major property types. Mr. Burleigh joined AEW in 1997 as a Senior Portfolio Controller, responsible for the financial reporting and management of real estate separate accounts and co-mingled funds containing assets throughout the U.S. He later served as Asset Manager for several office and industrial properties. Prior to joining AEW, Mr. Burleigh was employed with First Data Investor Services Group and The Boston Company (1989-1997), where he was a Senior Portfolio Controller, specializing in real estate limited partnerships. Prior to that, he was employed at Boston Federal Savings Bank (1986-1989). Mr. Burleigh is a graduate of the University of Connecticut (B.A.).

Sara Cassidy is a Managing Director at AEW and Head of Portfolio Management for the firm’s Private Equity Group. In this capacity, she is responsible for the oversight of all portfolio management activities across funds and separate accounts. Ms. Cassidy is also a Senior Portfolio Manager for the firm’s open-end core property strategy, where she is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the strategy's investments and operations as well as working closely with investor relations on marketing and providing support to investors. She is also a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. She co-chairs the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee and is also a member of AEW’s Talent Committee. Prior to joining AEW in 2018, Ms. Cassidy work with J.P. Morgan Asset Management since 2006, and she most recently held the title of Executive Director. In that role, she was responsible for the origination, structuring, negotiating and underwriting of investment transactions in the Northeast, focusing on acquiring core, value-add, and opportunistic real estate. Prior to J.P. Morgan, she was a vice president with Related Capital, where she was an acquisitions officer for the tax credit equity group and an associate with Joseph J. Blake and Associates, a commercial real estate appraisal firm. Ms. Cassidy holds a B.A. in finance from Boston College and serves as a council member for the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and is a Management Committee member for ULI Boston, is a past President and current active member of NAIOP Massachusetts, and is an Advisory Board Member for The Boston College Real Estate Council.

Redmond Costello is a Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer at AEW. In this capacity, he is responsible for both the day-to-day management and operations of technology infrastructure and information systems across all of AEW’s US and international offices. This includes defining IT initiatives, developing and implementing IT strategy, overseeing system implementations, ensuring availability and support of technology infrastructure and managing all technology-related expenses and acquisitions. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Costello worked for eight years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, where he was an auditor and systems consultant specializing in the real estate industry. Mr. Costello is a graduate of Holy Cross (B.A.) and Northeastern University (M.S., M.B.A.). He is also a former CPA in Massachusetts.

Tony Crooks is a Managing Director at AEW and Senior Portfolio Manager for AEW Partners Funds with responsibility for investment origination and asset management, as well as assisting in overseeing the Fund’s operations and strategic direction. Mr. Crooks is a member of AEW’s Investment Committee and Risk Management Committee. Since 2000, he has invested and managed over $2.8 billion dollars in the office, multifamily residential and mixed-use sectors. He is currently responsible for office, retail, residential, industrial and debt acquisitions in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida Markets. He also leads the Partners Funds in all healthcare related investments and asset management domestically and in Canada. During his tenure at AEW, Mr. Crooks has been involved in acquisitions, dispositions, financing, asset management and portfolio management for a wide variety of commercial real estate product types across North America. Prior to joining AEW in 2000, Mr. Crooks served as an Equity Analyst with Thomson Financial. He currently is a member of the American Senior Housing Association (ASHA) and Urban Land Institute (ULI). He is a graduate of Northeastern University (B.S.B.A.) and a CFA charterholder.

Marc Davidson is an Executive Managing Director/Senior Advisor of AEW Private Equity in North America and serves on the firm’s Investment Committee and Risk Management Committee for the region. Previously Marc was the Head of AEW’s Partners Group, a series of opportunistic (real estate) private equity funds sponsored by AEW, where he was responsible for overseeing the funds' resources, strategic direction, investment strategy and portfolio management. He has over 37 years of experience in real estate portfolio and asset management, investment acquisition and structuring, property management, and development, as well as extensive experience working with national developers and large institutional property owners. Prior to joining AEW, Mr. Davidson worked at Coopers & Lybrand as a Senior Manager in the Real Estate and Reorganization Groups, where his areas of expertise included financial analysis and planning, forecasting, development of internal management controls, deal structuring, and investment analysis. Prior to that, he served as a commercial real estate controller at several real estate development and management companies, including Winthrop Management, The Linpro Company and Charter Development Company. Al Della Porta is a Managing Director in AEW’s Capital Markets Group with responsibility for financings, subordinate debt investment originations, and strategic asset dispositions on behalf of the firm’s institutional clients and funds. Since joining AEW in 1998, he has executed over $10 billion of capital market transactions including project and entity level financings as well as over $250 million of mezzanine and B-note investments across various markets and property types including multifamily, industrial, office, senior housing and hotels. Prior to joining AEW, he worked for Konover & Associates, a private retail developer. Mr. Della Porta is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and holds a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate & Urban Economics. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and Mortgage Bankers Association.

Dean Dulchinos is the Head of Debt Portfolio Management for the AEW Private Equity Group. Dean joins AEW from Amherst Holdings, where he served as Head of SFR Portfolio Management. Previously, he was Head of Real Estate Debt Portfolio Management and Capital Markets at Barings, overseeing all commingled funds and separate accounts, with responsibility for a team managing $28 billion in commercial real estate investments in stabilized, transitional and construction strategies. In this role, he led new commercial real estate debt product development as well as the deployment of client capital in CRE debt investments and the global capital markets and syndication functions. He served as a member of Barings’ Global Real Estate Debt and Equity Investment Committees and its CRE Debt Valuation Committee. His experience has encompassed commercial mortgage lending, real estate structured credit and the formation and management of investment vehicles for global institutional clients. He has held a variety of leadership positions at Barings and its predecessors, Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers and Babson Capital Management, including Head of Structured Real Estate Investments, overseeing the firm’s bridge and construction lending platform, as well as a 100-person operating company dedicated to multifamily capital solutions, including its agency lending strategy. Dean began his career as an attorney focused on commercial real estate transactions at Day, Berry and Howard (now Day Pitney) before joining MassMutual’s Law Division, representing the company in CRE lending, investment funds and private placement transactions. He holds a J.D. from Western New England University School of Law, and a B.S. in Business Administration and Finance from Western New England University.

Jay Finnegan is an Executive Managing Director of the firm and a member of AEW's Risk Management Committee. He has extensive experience in various areas of commercial law, including corporate, securities, real estate, private equity, tax, employment, contracts, and litigation/dispute resolution. Mr. Finnegan joined AEW in 1993. Prior to that, he was engaged in the private practice of law with major New York City (Milbank Tweed) and Boston (Ropes & Gray) law firms. Josh Heller is a Managing Director for AEW Private Equity, North America. Mr. Heller is the head of the Eastern U.S. acquisitions team and oversees 21+ acquisition professionals with the responsibility of sourcing, underwriting, negotiating, and closing new acquisition and development opportunities across the eastern half of the U.S. Since joining AEW in 2011, Mr. Heller has completed over $4 billion of transactions in a wide variety of deal structures including direct real estate acquisitions, speculative ground-up developments, joint venture partnerships, and structured financings. During his time at AEW, he has assisted with portfolio management duties for one of the firm’s institutional clients, a large private pension fund, as well as helped launch AEW’s cold storage platform. Mr. Heller is a member of the Urban Land Institute (U.L.I.) and earned both a B.A. and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from Cornell University.

Ms. Kao is a Managing Director at AEW and Head of Asset Management for the firm’s Private Equity Group. In this capacity, she is responsible for the oversight of all asset management activities across all funds and separate accounts. Ms. Kao is also a Senior Portfolio Manager for AEW's U.S. open-end, core strategy, where she is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Fund’s investments and operations as well as working closely with investor relations on marketing and providing support to the Fund’s investors. She has been with the firm since 1998 and is a member of AEW’s Risk Management Committee, and Diversity Equity & Inclusion Committee. Ms. Kao serves as a Council Member for the Urban Land Institute (ULI). She holds a B.S. in business administration from the University of Southern California.

Ms. Kittler is a Director and Senior Portfolio Manager within AEW’s Private Equity Group, focused exclusively on multi-family investment. Ms. Kittler is also the Head of Multifamily Asset Management. She leads a team of multifamily and housing asset management specialists who are responsible for the management of over 20,000 apartment units with a gross property value in excess of $9.0 billion. In addition, Julie has been actively involved with developing, incorporating and enhancing AEW’s resiliency practices across AEW’s platform and multi-family properties. Ms. Kittler joined the firm in 1993 and has 30 years of institutional real estate advisory experience in a variety of property types across the country. She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts (B.A. Economics).

Dillon Lorda is a Director within AEW's private investments team, focused exclusively on multi-family investment. Prior to joining AEW, Mr. Lorda was a Managing Member of Conrad Investment Management, where he utilized research-based metrics to target specific segments of the multifamily sector that were expected to have resilient income potential and led a team focused on underwriting and structuring those transactions. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director at Pension Consulting Alliance (now a part of Meketa Investment Group), consulting on a non-discretionary basis for the real estate accounts of major institutional investment plans. Prior to joining Pension Consulting Alliance in 2009, Mr. Lorda’s roles at prior firms included development, sourcing and underwriting of real estate assets focused on residential properties at both Del Mar Development and Time Equities. Before starting his real estate career in 2006, Mr. Lorda spent six years in international agricultural trading with Bunge and ED&F Man. Mr. Lorda earned a BA from Hamilton College and a MS in Real Estate Finance from New York University.

Mr. Morrison is a Director and Portfolio Manager in AEW’s Private Equity Group. Based in AEW’s Boston office, Mr. Morrison is responsible for managing portfolio assets across the core through value-added spectrum that represent all major property types and most significant U.S. markets, in addition to sales and new acquisitions. Mr. Morrison has 16 years of real estate experience spanning portfolio management, acquisitions and accounting. Prior to transitioning to the role of Portfolio Manager, Mr. Morrison served as an acquisition specialist for several years responsible for sourcing, underwriting, negotiating and closing new investment opportunities. Prior to that, Mr. Morrison was based in AEW’s Singapore office where he served as Financial Controller for AEW Value Investors Asia, a pan-Asian closed-end fund. Prior to joining AEW in 2008, he was a Senior Accountant at Ernst and Young, with a primary focus on publicly traded REIT’s. Mr. Morrison has a B.S. in Business Administration from Babson College and is a Certified Public Accountant, inactive. Mr. Morrison is also a CFA charterholder.

Tom Mullahey is a Managing Director of Private Equity, North America and head of AEW’s Los Angeles office. Mr. Mullahey is also a member of the firm’s Risk Management Committee. He has 36 years of real estate experience and is responsible for overseeing the management of a variety of investment assets, located primarily in the western U.S. Mr. Mullahey is also involved in sourcing and underwriting office and industrial investment opportunities in West Coast markets. He joined the firm in 1995 after spending ten years at L.J. Melody and Company as correspondent to Copley Real Estate Advisors and New England Mutual Life Insurance Company. Mr. Mullahey is a member of the Urban Land Institute (U.L.I) and a graduate of the University of Arizona (B.S.).

Ms. O’Neil is the Chief Operating Officer of AEW Capital Management and a Managing Director of the firm. Ms. O’Neil has responsibility of AEW’s day-to-day operations, including working with the firm’s Investor Relations, Finance, Human Resources and Information Technology groups. In addition, she is responsible for developing, maintaining, and expanding key relationships for the firm nationwide. As a Managing Director, Ms. O’Neil plays an integral part within the firm’s Senior Leadership Team, actively contributing to AEW’s overall strategic vision and direction. Prior to joining AEW, Ms. O’Neil was a Senior Managing Director and Boston office Co-Head at JLL (and previously HFF) since 2018. Her primary responsibilities included managing day-to-day operations of the capital markets business, in addition to deal origination. She spent the previous 13 years as a Senior Director, Director and Analyst at the firm. Lauren is a Board Member and former President of the Real Estate Finance Association (REFA); National Forum Member, MA Chapter Board and Gavel Member of the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP); and a Member of IOPC Green Product Council for the Urban Land Institute (ULI). She is actively involved in community initiatives and currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Heading Home, Hill House and The Advent School. Ms. O’Neil is a graduate of Boston College (B.A.).

Ron Pastore is the Senior Retail Portfolio Manager in AEW’s Private Equity Group. In this capacity he oversees AEW’s retail portfolio with particular emphasis on super regional malls, urban specialty centers and retail-oriented mixed-use projects. Mr. Pastore brings to his position over 30 years of real estate experience, including extensive experience managing joint ventures, complex redevelopment projects, financings and dispositions at both the asset and portfolio level. He served as managing partner for separate ventures that owned historic Union Station in Washington D.C. and Woodfield Mall in Chicago, and currently serves in a similar capacity for Arden Fair Mall in Sacramento, California. He previously served on the partnership committee of the Taubman Realty Group and was a key player in the restructuring of the Taubman UPREIT in 1998. Mr. Pastore joined AEW in 1993 from Himmel/MKDG, where he was responsible for retail asset management, development planning and joint venture structuring. Prior to Himmel/MKDG, Mr. Pastore was a consulting city planner responsible for financing and managing infrastructure improvement and downtown revitalization projects in New England. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Mr. Pastore is a graduate of Bowdoin College (B.A.), Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government (Masters in City and Regional Planning) and MIT’s Sloan School (M.B.A.).

Justin Pinckney is the Head of Private Debt at AEW. Prior to joining AEW in 2022, he was a Principal with Mercer Alternatives where he served as Head of Private Debt, North America, and was a member of the Private Debt Investment Committee and Ratings Review Committee. While at Mercer, Mr. Pinckney served as a lead researcher within North American real estate and as a consultant on select client relationships. Before Mercer, he was Deputy Chief Investment Officer with Michelin North America. Mr. Pinckney started his career as an underwriter for commercial real estate and lower middle market commercial and industrial lending at First Citizens Bank. Mr. Pinckney graduated from Wofford College (B.A.) and is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society South Carolina.

Bob Plumb is an Executive Managing Director of AEW’s Private Equity in North America and serves on the firm’s Risk Management Committee for the region. Previously, Mr. Plumb led AEW’s Direct Investment Group's acquisitions and capital markets teams, responsible for sourcing, negotiating, underwriting and closing investment opportunities for AEW’s core and value-added clients. Mr. Plumb has 36 years of real estate experience, including extensive acquisitions and portfolio management experience. During his career, he has been responsible for the acquisition and structuring of over $25 billion of real estate transactions. Adam Schwank is a Director in AEW’s Private Equity Group and Portfolio Manager for AEW Cold Storage Properties strategy. In this capacity, he is responsible for the Fund’s portfolio construction and risk analysis, the seamless integration with the Fund’s dedicated cold storage operating platform, and working closely with investor relations providing support to the Fund’s investors. Prior to transitioning to the role of Portfolio Manager, Mr. Schwank served as an acquisition specialist and was responsible for the origination, underwriting and structuring of real estate investment transactions in Florida, as well as retail opportunities across the East Coast. He brings to his position 17 years of real estate experience, and while at AEW, has completed $1.5+ billion of transactions that involved a variety of deal structures. Mr. Schwank joined AEW in 2011 as an Asset Manager in the retail group where he managed, repositioned and sold multiple shopping center investments. Kevin Stotts is a Director of the firm and Head of AEW’s Capital Markets Group. Mr. Stotts has responsibility for overseeing AEW’s debt financings for new acquisitions of core and value-added opportunities as well as financing of the firm’s existing portfolio of assets. He manages a team that works closely with the firm’s portfolio and asset management teams to develop strategy, advise clients and execute the placement of $2.0 billion per year of property and fund level financing across all property types. Prior to joining Orion Partners in 2010, Mr. Matsuda held positions at CBRE Global Investors and Macquarie Group where he was in charge of acquisitions. Rob Wilkinson is the Chief Executive Officer of AEW in Europe with overall responsibility for management and strategy, and is Chairman of AEW's European Investment Committee. Since joining AEW in 2009, Rob has overseen over €50bn of transactions across separate accounts and funds and has been actively involved in the management of the private equity funds. Prior to being appointed CEO of the firm in 2014, Rob held the position of Chief Investment Officer at AEW. Vanessa joined AEW’s legal department in 2010, before being appointed as Head of Legal in Paris in 2015 and General Counsel in 2018. Prior to joining AEW, Vanessa was a senior lawyer at Clifford Chance within the real estate legal department. Hans Vrensen is Managing Director and Head of European Research & Strategy for AEW with responsibility for directing the firm’s research activities in Europe. Based in London, he is a member of the AEW European Investment Committee and a member of the firm’s Global Securities Allocation Committee. Hans' responsibilities include monitoring, evaluating and forecasting the macroeconomic environment, demographic trends and capital market conditions across Europe. He interprets this information for AEW’s senior professionals in order to provide decision support to the investment, asset management and portfolio management activities. Prior to joining AEW, Hans acted as an external consultant to CREFC Europe prior to that served as Global Head of Research for DTZ. He was also the Head of European Securitization Research at Barclays Capital prior to that a Senior Credit Officer at Moody’s Investor Services. Hans has a Masters in Economics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Masters in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Jonathan Stevens is Managing Director and Head of Private Debt at AEW, based in London. Prior to joining AEW in 2023, Jonathan was Deputy Chief Investment Officer and Head of Infrastructure (Debt) at BlackRock, where he led their $10 billion European infrastructure debt business. Ludovic Bernini is a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager for one of AEW's European flagship funds and is based in Paris. His main responsibilities include management of the fund platform and monitoring investments in the pipeline. Ludovic also oversees asset management and fund administration activities, as well as investor relations. Prior to his current role, Ludovic was head of AEW’s dedicated logistics asset management team where he had overall responsibility for the asset management of fund logistics assets across Europe. Alexandre joined AEW in 2005 as a Corporate Controller in Paris before moving in Luxembourg to manage AEW's Logistics Platform as Fund Controller. In 2018, Alexandre was promoted as Conducting Officer and Board Member of AEW in Luxembourg. He was previously a Financial Controller in a Listed Real Estate Investment Trust (GECINA). Spencer Corkin is Managing Director and Co-Head of Investment and Head of Value Add Strategies for AEW’s London office. In his role, Spencer is responsible for the origination and execution within all property sectors for AEW’s commingled funds, separate accounts and direct investments in the UK and the strategic direction of Non-Core Strategies both in the UK and Continental Europe. Spencer joined AEW in 2012, working in the European investment team sourcing and underwriting value-add and opportunistic acquisitions for a wide variety of commercial real estate products across the UK, Spain, Italy, Germany, CEE and the Netherlands. Spencer has a Masters in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University.

Carsten Czarnetzki is Managing Director and the Country Head for Spain, based in Madrid. He is responsible for all Spanish business activities, including investments and asset management and in particular for sourcing opportunities and overseeing asset management activities for two non-core pan-European funds. Carsten joined AEW in 2012 and was based in the London office for four years before relocating to Spain in late 2016 to run the Madrid office. Prior to joining AEW, Carsten held a number of positions in fund management, investments and asset management across the USA and Europe. He began his career in the investment banking division of Deutsche Bank, focusing on real estate mergers and acquisitions. He also gained experience working in the private equity real estate area at JER Partners, as well as Starwood Capital Group in the UK, the USA and France. He then joined Generali Immobiliare in Paris as Director of investment funds and asset management, where he was entrusted with overseeing funds and assets in Europe and the US. Carsten holds a Master’s degree in Management from ESCP Europe, Paris, and completed a degree in Business Administration at the Ludwig Maximilian University.

She has 12 years of industry experience and joined AEW in March 2013 and focuses on sourcing and executing direct investments within all property sectors for the AEW UK funds and separate mandates. Prior to joining the team, Laura worked as a Senior Surveyor at Colliers International, most recently within the National Investment team which she joined in 2010. Laura carried out the acquisition and disposal of various investment properties across the UK specialising in leisure related RPI linked leases. Previously she worked within Colliers Specialist Division carrying out valuation, landlord & tenant, occupational agency and development work for roadside and automotive related properties. Laura is a qualified Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and holds a BSc Hons in Real Estate, Finance and Investment from Cass Business School.

Marie-Hélène Helleux is Head of Financial Management & SRI at AEW. She leads the teams covering vehicle structuring, accounting and taxation, fund and separate account financial management and reporting in Paris and Luxembourg and ensures coordination of these teams across Europe. She also leads, with the SRI Director, SRI management of the Funds and steering of SRI strategies for AEW. She joined AEW in 2008 as Head of Portfolio Operations Mandate and Clubs Deals before taking over the management of Mandate and Club Deals management in France. Cyril Hoyaux is Head of Real Estate Debt Funds & Mandates at AEW, based in Paris. He is responsible for the strategic oversight and development of the European real estate debt platform. Cyril joined AEW in 2015 from JLL France where he was co-head of the debt advisory business. Prior to this, he spent 7 years at Morgan Stanley where he actively participated in sourcing and structuring in excess of €4 billion of real estate financing transactions, and was head of the valuation division at Ad Valorem. Cyril has 30 years of experience in real estate valuation and structured finance. He holds a BA in Corporate Finance from Paris Dauphine University and a Master’s Degree in Commercial Real Estate from Panthéon-Sorbonne University.

Russell Jewell is a Senior Advisor, working alongside the Portfolio Management team responsible for a number of separate accounts under management. Russell joined AEW in 2011 and has 35 years of experience. He was formerly Head of Merrill Lynch's European Global Principle Investing Division (GPI), responsible for investing the firm's capital in a variety of value-add and opportunistic real estate equity and mezzanine positions. Formerly Partner with hedge fund Strategic Value Partners and Partner in European Real Estate platforms of both Jones Lang Wootton and Healey & Baker, Russell has completed over €6bn of real estate transactions cross Europe throughout market cycles. Russell has a degree in Urban Land Administration.

Gereon Kohlgrüber is Managing Director and Head of Investments for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, based in Düsseldorf. He leads the investment team and is primarily responsible for identifying, negotiating, structuring and closing real estate acquisitions. Gereon has been working in the real estate industry for 30 years and, prior to joining AEW in 2006, he held the position of Head of Investments at the German insurance company, Gerling Konzern. He has also worked for Deutsche Immobilien Leasing, a subsidiary of the Deutsche Bank group. During his career, Gereon has completed acquisitions totalling approximately €10bn. He holds a degree in Business Administration and is a member of RICS.

Thierry Laquitaine is Executive Director, Head of SRI for AEW and is based in Paris. He manages a team of dedicated ESG professionals and oversees the environmental and sustainability related policies and activities for the business. He is president of CIRCOLAB (circular economy association), chairs the SRI Committee for ASPIM (French asset management association), and teaches in several engineering schools. Thierry has over 25 years of professional experience and joined AEW in 2010. Prior to joining AEW he worked as a Programme Manager for Redman and for Hertz France as a Project Manager. Thierry holds an Engineer Degree from ESTP Paris and a legal diploma from ICH he is also member of RICS.

Arsène Marques is Co-Head of AEW Patrimoine's Fund Management and Administration. His responsibilities include the definition and implementation of the strategy of private client funds (SCPI and OPCI). He has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry and holds a Master's degree in private law and a DEA in business law. He is also a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS).

Patrick Meutermans is Country Manager for Belgium, and is based in Antwerp. His responsibilities include advisory support and execution of transactional and asset management activities in the BeNeLux region. Prior to joining AEW in 2015, Patrick was Country Manager and a member of the European Management and Retail Boards at CBRE Global Investors. He has over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector from various positions at companies including ING Real Estate, Heijmans Vastgoed and Mevo. Patrick is a board member of and assessor for the RICS BELUX since 2007. He holds a Master’s Degree in Constructional Engineering, a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from the University of Antwerp and a BREEAM License.

Johan Morvan is Executive Director and Risk Manager for AEW in Europe. He has 20 years experience in financial services and industrial businesses and joined AEW in 2016. Prior to his position at AEW, Johan was Risk Manager with GE Real Estate in charge of debt & equity investments and responsible for real estate assets valuation. Johan holds a Master’s Degree in Corporate Finance from Rennes University and graduated from the European Business School.

Christina is a Managing Director and Head of Fund Management at AEW, based in Frankfurt. Christina has overall responsibility for the management of AEW’s funds that are managed from AEW Invest in Germany, including oversight of fund strategy, portfolio construction and client relationships.
Prior to joining AEW in 2016, Christina worked as a Portfolio Manager at ALTE LEIPZIGER AG for seven years where she was in charge of building a diversified core portfolio. In addition to Germany, Christina has also spent time working in Milan and Paris during her 15 years of experience. Christina started her career at IVG, where she accompanied the OIK-Merger and took part in building up a European transactions team. She has a wide network on international real estate markets. Christina is a graduate of the Hochschule Aschaffenburg and additionally holds the title CIIA (Certified International Investment Analyst) of the Deutsche Vereinigung für Finanzanalyse und Asset Management (DVFA). Christina is fluent in English, German, French and Italian.

Mr. Oosterkamp is a Managing Director of the firm and serves as the CIO for AEW’s Global Real Estate Securities team, Portfolio Manager for Europe and is also Chair of AEW’s Global Securities Allocation Committee. He is responsible for overseeing AEW’s regional securities investment teams in Asia Pacific, Europe, and North America as well as the bottom-up construction of the European component of AEW’s global property securities portfolios and European mandates. Mr. Oosterkamp, who is based in London, joined AEW in 2005 from Kempen Capital Management, where he was a Senior Portfolio Manager for European real estate securities. Mr. Oosterkamp also has held positions with SFS, a pension fund in the Netherlands, and ING Bank. He has 26 years of investment management and analysis experience and is a graduate of the H.E.A.O. Business School in the Netherlands (B.A.) and the University of Amsterdam (M.B.A.).

Anne Parent is Head of Compliance and Internal Control (RCCI) for AEW's Retail Business AEW Patrimoine and is based in Paris. Anne joined AEW in 2017 after the merger of Ciloger and AEW and previously was RCCI for Ciloger in a position she held since 2010. Anne holds a degree of the MSTCF sector from IAE Poitiers (France), the professional card of compliance and internal control management (RCCI) issued by the French Financial Authority (AMF), and she is a AMF certified professional of the financial market sector.

Thomas Poulis-Leinberger is Managing Director and Head of Asset Management & Development Logistics in Europe, based in Frankfurt. He is primarily responsible for the performance of our standing logistic assets and developments. Thomas has been working in the real estate industry for 14 years and, prior to joining AEW in 2015, he held the positions of Head of International Asset Management and Indirect Investment Manager at Allianz Real Estate group. Thomas holds a diploma in Business Administration from the European Business School and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Hong Kong.

Tim Sankey is Managing Director and Head of Separate Accounts in London. Tim joined AEW in 2022 and has almost 25 years’ experience in real estate including his most recent role as Head of Real Estate at the Border to Coast Pensions Partnership. In this role he was responsible for defining the global investment strategy for their real estate programme. Prior to this, Tim spent 16 years at Aberdeen managing a range of funds and separate accounts for both UK and international investors. Tim holds a degree in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University. He is also a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and holds the IMC.

Xavier de Saqui de Sannes is Managing Director and Head of Institutional Asset Management in France. He manages a team of 70 and oversees the creation and implementation of business plans across the portfolio in France on behalf of AEW’s institutional clients. This includes asset management, development, renovation, leasing and disposals, as well as sustainable development and asset valuation. Xavier has over 30 years’ experience having held positions at Invesco Real Estate as Senior Director Asset Management France & Belgium, DTZ Asset Management as Senior Asset Manager and CapGemini Conseil as Managing Consultant. During his career Xavier has led on both asset management initiatives whilst also advising senior management teams on acquisitions and financing. Xavier holds an MBA from HEC and is graduated from ISG.

Tim Schlueter is Managing Director and Head of Asset Management for Germany, Hungary and Czech Republic, based in Düsseldorf. He joined AEW in 2014 and has over 15 years of industry experience. Prior to joining the firm, Tim was Key Account Manager and Head of the Düsseldorf office at CR Investment Management GmbH, helping to develop their local office to a transaction volume of €1.2bn. Tim has also worked for Proceed Portfolio Services, a subsidiary of GFKL Financial Services, managing credits of circa €2.6bn. He is a graduate of the Fachhochschule Bielefeld and holds a degree in Law and Business Administration, a postgraduate in Real Estate Law from the University of Münster and Immobilienökonmie at the University of Regensburg and successfully finished as a Master of Laws (LL.M) resp. Immobilienökonom (IREBS).

Stéphane Sebban is Managing Director and Co-Head of Institutional Fund Management, Separate Accounts & Club Deals at AEW. He is responsible for overseeing all funds and separate account clients managed by the AEW Paris office, alongside Remy Vertupier. Stéphane has over 20 years of experience in the real estate and financial sector. Prior to joining AEW in 2004, he worked for the Archon Group in France (Goldman Sachs) for six years, as a European Fund Controller at Vice President level. Before that, he worked as an auditor at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Paris for two years. He holds a Master’s Degree in Finance.

Michael Shears is Head of Asset Management at AEW UK and Assistant Portfolio Manager for one of the UK specialised funds. He has over 18 years’ industry experience and prior to joining AEW in 2014, worked at DTZ in the Investment and Development Agency team, where he advised on property acquisitions and sales within the South West of England, with the majority of transactions being on behalf of UK property funds. He has also undertaken roles in Professional Advisory Services and Valuation, specialising in retail landlord and tenant advice. Michael is a qualified Chartered Surveyor (MRICS).

Rémy Vertupier is Managing Director and Co-Head of Institutional Fund Management, Separate Accounts & Club Deals at AEW. He is responsible for overseeing all funds and separate account clients managed by the AEW Paris office, alongside Stéphane Sebban. Rémy has worked in various roles at AEW over the past 15 years, after initially joining as an Asset Manager in 2004. Subsequently, he led asset management and then fund management responsibilities for AEW’s logistics platform. Rémy graduated from the ESSEC Business School in Paris.

Etienne Wagner is Executive Director and Head of Compliance for AEW's European institutional business, based in Paris. He joined the firm in 2007 and is responsible for compliance activities across Europe, working closely with the firm’s legal division. Etienne Wagner started his carrier at Caisse Centrale des Banques Populaires as an authorized agent of investment vehicles. During his career in the real estate sector he holds several managing positions within Natixis group. Prior to joining AEW, he was of Legal Director at Natixis Asset Management, a regulated fund management Company. Etienne Wagner holds a Master’s Degree from Sciences Po in Paris as well as a Business & Corporate Law degree.

Frederique Weber is Country Manager for the Netherlands, and is based in Amsterdam. Frederique has over 20 years’ real estate experience and joined AEW in 2016 having held functions as a Portfolio and Fund Manager at CBRE Global Investors between 2008 and 2016. Prior to these roles at CBRE Global Investors, she fulfilled different roles within the investment and asset management industry at various real estate companies including Equity Estate, Jones Lang LaSalle and Royal Haskoning. Frederique holds an Executive MBA from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam and a Bachelor’s Degree in Building Engineering from Rotterdam University.

Nick Winsley is Managing Director and Head of AEW UK, based in London. Nick is responsible for the management of a UK value add strategy and a build-to-core logistics partnership. He has 20 years' industry experience and during his time with AEW he has overseen the acquisition of over £2.1bn of assets across all strategies. Prior to joining AEW in 2011, Nick was a Director within the UBS UK real estate team, a Portfolio Manager for the UBS Secure Income Property Fund and was a member of the UK Investment Committee governing all UK property funds. Between 2000 and 2007, Nick was an Associate Director at Colliers CRE where he specialised in valuation, landlord & tenant, agency, investment and development. Nick is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and holds the IMC.
North America
Candida Hoeberichts is a Director in AEW Investor Relations with responsibility for marketing AEW’s investment services and for developing and maintaining client and consultant relationships in the western United States. Based in San Francisco, Ms. Hoeberichts has over 26 years of institutional real estate experience. Prior to joining AEW, she led the West Coast client service and business development effort for Metropolitan Real Estate Equity Management. Prior to her position at Metropolitan, she was a portfolio manager at Deutsche Bank Asset & Wealth Management (formerly RREEF), where her responsibilities included designing and executing strategies for separate account clients. She has also held positions at KPMG, Merrill Lynch and Cushman & Wakefield. Candida earned her B.S. from Syracuse University and a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance from New York University.

Emily Margolis is a Director in AEW’s Investor Relations Group with responsibility for marketing AEW’s investment services and for developing and maintaining client and consultant relationships. Ms. Margolis joined AEW in 2013 from Colony Realty Partners (CRP), where she worked with current and prospective investors on all aspects of capital sourcing, marketing and investor relations. Prior to that, she was the Director of Research for Lincoln Property Company in Boston and also worked in the research department of Cushman & Wakefield. She earned her B.A. from Bates College and a Master of Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
North America
Mr. Nettleship is a Vice President in AEW’s Investor Relations Group with responsibility for marketing AEW’s investment capabilities to the insurance industry. Mr. Nettleship joined AEW in 2022 from PIMCO, where he was focused on developing relationships with insurance clients and delivering customized investment solutions. Prior to that, he was with State Street Global Advisors working in their exchange-traded fund (ETF) group where he led the buildout of their insurance distribution efforts and engaged with insurance regulators / industry groups on statutory accounting matters. Mr. Nettleship holds an undergraduate degree in finance and marketing from the University of New Hampshire and is both a CFA and CAIA charterholder.

John Cho is an Associate Director in AEW’s Investor Relations Group and is responsible for developing and maintaining client and consultant relationships in the Asia Pacific region. Mr. Cho has more than 14 years of real estate experience in Asia, Europe and North America. Prior to joining AEW, he was Senior Portfolio Manager at National Pension Service of Korea. He has also held real estate investment position at Hana Alternative Asset Management. He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate & Urban Economics.

Mr. Sparrow is an Associate Director and the Head of Client Services in Asia Pacific based in the firm’s Singapore office. He is responsible for maintaining client and consultant relationships in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to joining AEW, Mr. Sparrow was with UBS Asset Management for 13 years covering various functions from risk management to client services. Mr. Sparrow has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Melbourne, Australia and is a CFA.

Steven Song is an Assistant Director in AEW's Investor Relations Group and is responsible for developing and maintaining client and consultant relationships in the Asia Pacific region. Mr. Song has experience in private markets across Asia, Europe and North America. Before joining AEW, he was Senior Investment Manager at Meritz Securities in Korea, responsible for real estate investment and asset management. Prior to that, he held private debt investment and leveraged finance roles. He is a graduate of Emory University and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Mathematics.

Alex Griffiths is Managing Director and Head of Investor Relations for AEW's European business and is based in London. She joined AEW in 2013 and focuses on capital raising and client relationship management for pan-European funds and separate accounts. Prior to joining AEW, Alex worked in the Corporate Finance team at Jones Lang La Salle in London having begun her career at King Sturge prior to its merger with JLL. Alex completed an Economics degree at Durham University and an MSc in Real Estate at Oxford Brookes.

Bianca Kraus is responsible for German-speaking clients within the Investor Relations Division. Bianca joined AEW in 2019 and is responsible for building and managing relationships with institutional investors in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Bianca has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and joins AEW from BNP Paribas where she was Head of Customer and Fund Relations. Bianca is a Certified Real Estate Analyst (CERA) with a diploma in Business Administration from the University of Regensburg.

Matilda Williams is a Director in the Investor Relations team and is based in London. She joined AEW in 2022 and is responsible for capital raising and client relationship management for Pan-European funds and separate accounts. Matilda joined AEW from PineBridge Benson Elliot where she spent 11 years in their Investor Relations team responsible for capital raising, project management and investor reporting. Matilda holds a BA in Modern Languages (French and German) from Oxford University.

Emmanuel Brechard joined AEW in January 2023 as a Director in the Investor Relations team. He is based in Paris and is responsible for client relationship management for AEW's investors primarily from France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland and Monaco. Emmanuel joined AEW from Bpifrance where he spent 10 years and was latterly responsible for investor relations and fund raising for their private equity funds. He also formerly headed up the Middle East & Central Asia office for Bpifrance and worked in structured finance for corporate and RE transactions, having started his career in M&A. Emmanuel has a Master's degree in Asset Management & Financial Markets from IAE Clermont Auvergne.
