AEW Europe, one of the world’s largest real estate investment and asset managers[1], announces the appointment of Bianca Kraus as Head of Investor Relations Europe, effective 1 July 2026. Bianca is based in Munich and will report to Vanessa Roux-Collet, AEW Europe’s CEO.
Bianca joined AEW Europe in 2019 as Head of Investor Relations, Germany, and since 2023 she has been leading the company’s investor relations for the wider DACH region, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with institutional investors and consultants in Germany, Austria and German-speaking Switzerland. Bianca has raised capital for the global platform, securing separate account mandates on behalf of institutional investors and raising capital for flagship funds.

In her new role, Bianca will lead AEW Europe’s investor relations team, overseeing the firm’s capital raising and client servicing. Bianca will work closely with Vanessa Roux-Collet to execute AEW Europe’s growth strategy while ensuring continuity of service for existing clients.
Bianca joined AEW Europe from BNP Paribas REIM Germany, where she was Head of Customer and Fund Relations, and has almost 30 years’ experience in real estate investment management, the last fifteen of which has been in senior investor relations roles.
